Emulator for Nintendo DS include Lite

I've looked for emulator for Nintendo DS and Lite. Even though when I googled that it always hit only DS Emulator for PC.
But I glanced PC geek magazine at cconvenience shop while I waiting for send package for Yahoo! auction, I saw it is possible if I use converter call M3 or R4.

ニンテンドー　ＤＳとLite　のエミュレータを探していたんだけど、グーグルで探してもヒットするのはＰＣ用のＤＳエミュばかりであった。
しかし、コンビニでＰＣオタク雑誌をヤフオクの発送を待っている時にちらりと見た時に、それがＭ３とかＲ４っていうコンバータを使う事によって可能であるとしった。
